What areas do you service?

We primarily service Durham Region. Our business location is Whitby, but we can cater to parties and events as far as Peterborough, Cobourg, Stouffville, Markham, Richmond Hill, Lindsay, and Newmarket.

Please see our map for costs outside of our area.

How many people can you accommodate?

We can host up to 20+ people depending on the console platforms you choose.

How do I book my event?

You fill out the form and provide us with a 50% deposit with a major credit card to confirm your preferred date and time slot. We will contact you with a list of games and their ESRB ratings to choose from. If you’re not sure how to pick the ultimate experience, we can assist in picking a variety for your special occasions/event. If you want no violence or a restriction on mature content, we can accommodate that, too.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend 8 years and above.

What are your time slots?

We are pretty flexible and book events and parties seven (7) days a week, every day of the year. Time slots for parties range from 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Please email or call us to inquire about time slots for corporate events.

What happens on the big day of the event?

We arrive fifteen minutes prior to the event to park and set up. Our staff members will go over safety, rules, and what to expect. Once that’s done, the party begins and the playing happens.  Our staff is always available to assist you, offer tips, and answer any questions as they come up. One the event wraps up, we pack up our gear, and drive away.

How much parking does Curbside Gamer require?

The rolling gaming emporium is just over 36 feet long. So what is generally the rule of thumb is 4-5 car lengths or 50 feet.

What about weather conditions?

Curbside Gamer can handle most weather conditions from winter storms to the hottest summer days. With two forced-air furnaces and two rooftop air conditioning units the temperature is always comfortable inside the RV.

Our highly skilled drivers can handle most driving conditions. However if Transport Canada advises driving is not recommended we will abide by their recommendation. In a severe weather case like this Curbside Gamer reserves the right to reschedule your event to ensure the safety of the guests, our staff and our equipment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We try to accommodate cancellations, and will require 14 days advance notice or your deposit will be forfeited.

You can reschedule with 7 days notice without penalty but you must provide us with a new date and time within the next 6 months of your original date or the full fee will be charged on your originally scheduled date.
